Sustainable change comes from the bottom up. Earth Angel’s success lies in bringing together people working on the ground to make sustainability a part of every facet of production. Our staff is a combination of production crew members activated by the wasteful habits they see on set, and sustainability professionals who can guide those wanting to make a change.

Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Rebecca always had an interest in film – Ultimately leading her to a career in the AD department. Aisling Power
Analytics Manager
-
Aisling (she/her) discovered her passion for the environment after growing up in the suburban sprawl of northern NJ and then moving to beautiful places like Western NC, CO, and OR and through this contrast developed a reverence for mother nature and learned the importance of respecting the sanctity of Earth. She believes that we are stewards of this planet and must learn how to be responsible for keeping this planet healthy. After 5 years of intensive study in physics and math - undergraduate and postgraduate - she realized that her skill set could be more directly applied to helping the world find balance in business rather than academia and thus proceeded to getting her masters in Business Analytics. She is so excited to be merging the fields of innovative technology and data science with sustainability at Earth Angel. When not nerding out about technology, data, and self development, she can be found in the mountains skiing, climbing, biking, hiking, backpacking - honoring and fully appreciating this beautiful planet that we live on.

Stevie believes global and intercultural perspectives are some of the most important aspects of growth and change. Outside of his work, Stevie is an avid naturalist, wildlife cinematographer, musician, and foodie.

Tyler Pelzek
Creative Marketing Manager
-
Hailing from the swampy plains of unceded Potowatami, Ho-Chunk, and Menominee homeland in the late nineties, Tyler (they/them) grew up afraid of dirt. But buds began blooming in high school, when they first began to explore their community as a documentarian. They fell in love with the medium, and made films about emotional disorders, accessible healthcare, reproductive rights, and social equity. At the Savannah College of Art & Design, where they would graduate with a B.A. in Film & Television, Tyler found an unlikely home in a local garden. Dirt was no longer just “dirt” for Tyler -- It was bacteria, fungi, bugs, plants, animals, and humans. It was regenerative soil, sustainable agriculture, accessible food, natural medicine, and community - topics that Tyler has now become a staunch advocate for. Tyler joins Earth Angel as a Creative Assistant shortly after moving to Brooklyn with the ambiguous dream of working in the intersection of film, design, and sustainability. When they aren’t spinning records or luring their cat out from one of many houseplants, Tyler is probably making art or getting crushed by their partner in video games.
